IT Infrastructure Engineer

In this role you provide ownership and day-to-day IT service support for Rugby RDCs and tyre depots, ensuring availability, security and performance of systems underpinning warehouse operations. You will work within the UK IT team, handling Level 1-3 support, engaging stakeholders, and producing clear technical documentation. You’ll contribute to IT projects, continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and vendor activities, with potential to deputise for the IT Manager. This is a hands-on, growth opportunity in a high-availability environment.

• Provide L1-3 IT support for warehouse and distribution systems
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of IT services
• Engage stakeholders and develop clear technical documentation
• Contribute to IT projects, automation opportunities, and vendor management
• Support and enhance infrastructure technologies (networking, VMware, Citrix, storage, DR)
• Potential to deputise for IT Manager and provide technical guidance

• Relevant IT/CS qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft server and enterprise infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Storage, virtualization, and SQL databases
