Thumbtack is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer II to join the IT Infrastructure team. You’ll build, support, and scale internal systems, handle inbound requests, and triage escalations, collaborating with engineers, program managers, and partners to deliver reliable, secure infrastructure.

You’ll apply your SaaS administration, cloud, and IAM expertise to ensure seamless access, enforce security, and drive automation while mentoring others and delivering world-class services.
