IT Infrastructure Engineer - up to 65,000 + Benefits - Hybrid

In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on IT infrastructure across a multi-site environment, supporting a UK & European IT team. You will manage and upgrade critical infrastructure components while driving improvements in security and operations. You’ll work across Windows, VMware, storage, and networking to ensure reliable service for ~900 users across 30+ offices. The position offers scope to influence projects from firewall migrations to domain controller upgrades, with hands-on execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Deliver infrastructure projects such as firewall migrations, domain controller upgrades, office moves and AV deployments
• Manage Windows Server, VMware vSphere/ESXi and NetApp storage
• Support networking and security across firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP
• Administer and support Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune and Autopilot
• Administer Mimecast and support email security, mail flow and DLP
• Use PowerShell to automate infrastructure administration and configuration
• Provide 3rd Line Support, resolving escalations and complex infrastructure issues
• Identify and implement improvements across infrastructure, security and operational processes

• Strong hands-on IT Infrastructure / 3rd Line experience
• Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Intune (policy, compliance and device management)
• Exchange Online and email security/mail flow
• Windows Server administration (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
• Networking across firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and Wi‑Fi
• PowerShell scripting or automation
• NetApp storage
