Overview
In this role, you will lead IT operations and projects to enhance reliability and performance across the organization. You’ll analyze current systems, recommend upgrades, and oversee training to empower staff. You’ll manage network and data center activities, ensuring security and alignment with business goals. Responsibilities- Monitor IT system performance and advise on cost and productivity improvements
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Evaluate vendors and test new hardware and software
- Supervise network and server operations and ensure security and backups
- Plan and execute disaster recovery and data protection procedures
- Manage IT assets, deployments, and system administration
- Lead and deliver large IT projects and IT infrastructure rollouts
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in IT management
- Experience leading large IT projects across multiple technologies
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, databases, and storage
- Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS, and mobile platforms
- Hands-on networking, security, and data center management experience
- Proven leadership and project management abilities
- Professional certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA, MCP) preferred
