IT Infrastructure & Technical Delivery Team Leader

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the Society's infrastructure and technical delivery function, ensuring technology services remain secure, resilient and fit for purpose. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team leadership, technical expertise and delivery responsibility.

You will be responsible for supporting and developing the Society's infrastructure estate, providing senior technical escalation support, delivering technical change and ensuring the Society's technology platforms continue to meet the needs of colleagues and customers.

We're looking for someone with strong experience across Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, networking, cyber security and technical project delivery, combined with a passion for leadership and developing people.
