Job Description

  • ✔️ Support day-to-day IT operations and maintenance.
  • ✔️ Assist in server installation and upgrades.
  • ✔️ Configure routers, switches, and network devices.
  • ✔️ Monitor hardware performance and usage.
  • ✔️ Support helpdesk in ticket resolution.
  • ✔️ Install and update system software.
  • ✔️ Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
  • ✔️ Participate in network troubleshooting.
  • ✔️ Configure VPN and remote access.
  • ✔️ Assist in implementing backup procedures.
  • ✔️ Help with cybersecurity patch updates.
  • ✔️ Create network topology documentation.
  • ✔️ Support migration to cloud-based solutions.
  • ✔️ Monitor bandwidth and resource allocation.
  • ✔️ Participate in hardware audits.
  • ✔️ Coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
  • ✔️ Support setup of employee workstations.
  • ✔️ Research and suggest IT process improvements.
  • ✔️ Document IT support tickets and resolutions.
  • ✔️ Participate in system reliability testing.
