In this role you will lead the planning and delivery of the active network, service assurance, and OSS integrations, guiding cross‑functional and external stakeholders through post‑acquisition integration. You will define the integration strategy, manage IT and OSS migrations, and ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations. You will work closely with VMO2 and partners to stabilise service performance and drive efficiency. This is a pivotal role in expanding nexfibre’s national fibre platform and realising the Government’s broadband ambitions.

- Define and lead IT and OSS integration strategy post‑acquisition
- Manage end‑to‑end integration programmes including IT and OSS migration
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across internal teams and partners
- Validate costs and delivery of IT integration items
- Migrate and novate active network infrastructure into the VMO2 IT stack
- Align and stabilise service assurance processes (fault, incident, performance)
- Validate delivery of IT functionalities required in the VMO2 IT stack
- Deliver remediation programs to resolve data, process, and system inconsistencies
- Transition to BAU operations including NOC readiness and process alignment
- Maintain relationships to ensure successful delivery of integration objectives
- Proven experience in IT transformation or integration programmes, preferably in Telecommunications AltNet or ISP
- IT delivery experience with architectural or solution design background
- Knowledge of Telecoms OSS/BSS systems, fibre provisioning, APIs, testing and troubleshooting
- Understanding of fibre network architecture and ISP technical systems
- Experience with project management lifecycle (Planning, RAID, Budget)
- Knowledge of Service Design and Transition processes (Operational Readiness, Service Acceptance, Hypercare)
- Customer-focused mindset and business awareness to gauge impact of technical decisions
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams
