IT Learning Specialist: Law Firm Training & Adoption

AY Talent in Montreal is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for legal professionals, assistants and staff within the IT team. You will manage onboarding, software rollouts and workflow changes.

You will lead in-person and virtual sessions on core applications, create materials and eLearning modules, support LMS operations, and collaborate with IT, HR and legal practice groups to measure training impact.
