IT Manager

In this role you lead the IT Department to ensure reliable, secure corporate IT services. You will oversee servers and databases, coordinate with Directors, and drive IT project delivery, documentation, and business continuity. You’ll manage testing, backups, security monitoring, and disaster recovery planning to keep systems available. This position offers hands-on leadership within a small team and opportunities to shape IT operations aligned with company goals.

• Own and satisfy users' IT needs
• Keep systems up-to-date for performance
• Oversee testing of new application software
• Maintain reports and departmental manuals
• Liaise with Directors and other departments on IT needs
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure adequate staff coverage
• Identify and implement system process improvements
• Maintain business continuity plan
• Ensure minimum Microsoft certification compliance
• Perform quarterly performance reviews of IT personnel
• Back up critical servers and verify restoration
• Document recovery paths and test recovery procedures
• Create and maintain disaster recovery documentation
• Configure and manage servers, peripherals, services, directories, and storage
• Install and configure systems supporting infrastructure applications
• Develop and maintain installation/configuration procedures
• Maintain system standards and procedures
• Daily system monitoring and log review
• Regular security monitoring for intrusions
• Daily backups and off-site media handling
• Regular file archival and purge
• Active Directory management and user access control
• Maintain replication between domain controllers and database servers
