IT Manager

In this senior, hands-on IT Manager role you will oversee multi-site infrastructure and security while shaping operational delivery. You will act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and lead day-to-day IT operations across sites. You’ll translate IT objectives into practical plans, drive service improvements, and support the delivery of the IT strategy. This is a hands-on position with line management responsibility in a well-resourced environment that values collaboration and impact.

• Senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, server and network issues
• Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites
• Support IT strategy by translating objectives into practical plans
• Oversee infrastructure, systems and cyber security

• Hands-on IT Manager or senior infrastructure experience
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Broad infrastructure knowledge (networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, cloud)
• Experience with cyber security best practices (patching, backups, resilience)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
• Experience managing or mentoring technical teams
• Strong stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
