IT Manager

In this role you will own the internal IT environment for a boutique executive search firm, supporting around 70 users. You will partner with the CTO to deliver high-quality IT services while driving technology improvements and shaping the long-term roadmap, including exploring new tools and emerging technologies such as AI. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic initiatives, offering autonomy and broad exposure to infrastructure, security, and supplier management. This is a chance to influence how technology enables the business and to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

• Own day-to-day IT function for ~70 users with high-quality support
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot and endpoint management
• Build/deploy devices, manage joiners/movers/leavers, maintain workplace tech
• Administer security platforms (CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Egress)
• Manage relationships with MSPs, telecom providers and software vendors
• Lead IT improvement projects, software rollouts and tech upgrades
• Review contracts, licences and renewals to maximise value and control costs
• Collaborate with CTO to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

• Broad Microsoft infrastructure experience
