IT Manager

In this IT Manager role at Amazon, you will lead on-site IT operations across multiple sites, driving automation and improvements to keep infrastructure efficient and reliable. You’ll manage a team, coordinate technology deployments, and partner with site leadership to deliver smooth, data-driven IT services. You’ll balance hands-on problem solving with people development to create a positive, high-performing environment. This is a role focused on scaling technologies and processes to support customers and colleagues alike.

• Devise and manage projects, including new technology deployments and internal programme
• Manage and solve challenges involving IT infrastructure, such as local site networks, services and hardware
• Support the team with improvements to operational processes, manual work automation and analysis of solutions
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot IT solutions throughout their lifecycle
• Manage and develop on-site support teams and recruit new talent

• Experience leading and managing a team
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
• Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment
