IT Manager (Hands-On) - Law Firm

• The IT Manager leads the firm’s day-to-day IT operations, Service Desk, user support, training and technology adoption across London and Munich.
• The role manages the IT support team, drives service improvement and implements the strategy, policies and controls set by the IT Director, who retains accountability for technology strategy, budgets, contracts, cyber risk and major investment.
• Sets priorities, manages performance and development, and ensures effective team cover.

Skills Required

• Previous experience in an IT Manager position within a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of M365, Endpoint Management, Cyber Security and Legal Applications (iManage).
• Experience working with outsourced providers and third party vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly.
