IT Manager - Hybrid Lead for Security & Service Excellence

Convey Law is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Group IT team in Newport. Reporting to the IT Director, you will drive operations, security and strategic IT projects across the Convey Group, including Convey365.

You will balance hands-on leadership with strategic collaboration to support growth and technology delivery. The role requires extensive experience in IT management, ISO27001 governance and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
