IT Manager – UK & Ireland Infra, Security & AI

Hawksmoor is looking for an IT Manager to lead our UK IT infrastructure, security and technology development across the business. The role is hands-on and standalone, collaborating with Finance, Operations, restaurant teams and external partners.

You'll oversee platforms like Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure, plus EPOS and payment tech, with on-site and some home working. Expect ~3 days on site weekly; travel as needed.
