Overview

In this role you will lead Modern Workplace initiatives for key clients, combining technical leadership with mentoring to maximise the value of Microsoft EUC environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, steer in the MS roadmap, and drive improvements across incident management, automation, and project delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape service design and onboarding for new customers, contributing to a culture of high performance and cyber-conscious operations. This is a customer-facing, impact-driven leadership opportunity within Littlefish’ Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex Modern Workplace and Intune-related issues
  • Provide expert support across Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Defender and Endpoint Analytics
  • Mentor engineers and share knowledge to develop the team
  • Support major incidents as a technical specialist and drive outcomes
  • Review and approve high-risk technical changes
  • Identify and implement automation to improve efficiency
  • Lead technical projects and onboard new customers
  • Monitor Microsoft roadmap and identify new capabilities for clients
  • Act as trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance
  • Contribute to service design improvements, change proposals and roadmap development
  • Resolve complex tickets while meeting SLA and KPI targets
Key requirements
  • Experience in an MSP or enterprise IT environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender and Endpoint Analytics
  • Experience leveraging new Microsoft technologies and roadmap releases
  • Strong automation experience and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Windows image creation, build and deployment experience
  • Active Directory administration
  • Strong PowerShell scripting capability
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Collaborative approach with mentoring and support for colleagues
