IT Moves Analyst Network Support

Support BrokerLink office moves through network readiness, technology discovery, and hands-on cutover support across Canada. Travel and occasional after-hours work are required.

As a Moves Analyst, you will support branch openings, office moves, and decommissions throughout the BrokerLink environment. The work combines deskside support, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise, network operations, and technology asset documentation. You will coordinate employees, internal support teams, vendors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete onsite technology discovery for branch and user requirements
• Perform network and connectivity tasks for office transitions
• Inventory technology assets, services, and applications
• Coordinate equipment redeployment and secure recycling
• Support users during cutover and go-live activities

Requirements:

• Related degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong enterprise deskside support experience
• Microsoft workstation and server operating systems experience
• Network environment management and support experience
• Ability to travel across Canada and work occasional after hours
