Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure & Security professional to support and maintain critical enterprise infrastructure across networking, security, servers, storage, backups, and cloud services.

This individual will play a key role in infrastructure operations, cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, backup management, and ongoing IT improvement initiatives within a professional services environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure administration experience with a security-first mindset and can work independently within a high-trust, high-accountability environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure AdministrationAdminister and support network, server, storage, backup, and security environmentsManage firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless networks, and remote access technologiesSupport Microsoft-based server and cloud environmentsAssist with hardware deployments, virtualization, storage, and data center initiativesSecurity OperationsMonitor and investigate security alerts from:Sophos MDRDarktraceMicrosoft Security ToolsEmail Security PlatformsParticipate in incident response activitiesCoordinate investigations and remediation effortsApply security patches and support environment hardening initiativesAssist with phishing awareness and security reportingBackup & Disaster RecoveryAdminister Veeam backup infrastructurePerform restore testing and backup validationSupport offsite and cloud backup integrationsParticipate in BCP/DR activities and documentationOperational SupportSupport user access, MFA, permissions, and remote connectivityTroubleshoot escalated infrastructure issuesWork closely with vendors and managed service providersDevelop operational processes and technical documentationProvide escalation support to deskside support teamsParticipate in after-hours support when requiredSpecialized Platform SupportSupport legal technology platforms and eDiscovery solutionsAssist with Relativity-related networking, access management, and data transfer troubleshooting

Skills and Requirements

5+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructureExperience across:NetworkingSecurityServersStorageBackup and recoveryCloud servicesNetworking

Strong knowledge of:

TCP/IPRouting & SwitchingWireless NetworkingVPNsRemote Access TechnologiesMonitoring & TroubleshootingSecurity

Experience with:

FirewallsEndpoint ProtectionEmail SecurityIdentity & Access ManagementMFA Security Incident ResponseSecurity Monitoring & Alert InvestigationMicrosoft Environment

Hands-on experience supporting:

Experience with:
