Overview

In this role you will support UNIQLO's European stores and offices by maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure that underpins daily operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver reliable services while contributing to infrastructure projects and new store deployments. The position blends hands-on operational support with strategic network and system initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable growth and efficiency across Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Support and enhance IT infrastructure across Europe for stores and offices
  • Manage network operations and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
  • Maintain system performance and security
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT services
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects, network deployments, and new store openings
  • Drive continuous improvements to enable business growth and efficiency
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, or Systems Support
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting capabilities
  • Knowledge: LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, basic Cisco networking
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Exchange
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects and deployments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with prioritisation and proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Able to work independently within a global team and travel across Europe
