IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

Lead IT operations and infrastructure as a hybrid IT Manager in the Anjou area, supporting technology across Canada, the UK, and Europe.

This full-time, permanent position requires experienced leadership across cybersecurity, Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central. You will guide strategic and hands-on technology operations while supporting compliance with Quebec Law 25 and GDPR. The scope includes vendors, digital transformation, process improvement, team development, budgeting, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations and infrastructure across multiple countries
• Manage cybersecurity, risk, and compliance requirements
• Oversee Azure, Microsoft 365, and business systems
• Direct vendors, partners, budgets, and procurement
• Guide transformation, processes, and team development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field
• 10+ years of IT operations or management experience
• Strong Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central experience
• Multi-country or multi-entity organizational experience
• Strong cybersecurity, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
