IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

Lead IT operations in Brampton’s hybrid workplace, directing Azure infrastructure, cybersecurity, and responsive end-user support for Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP. Manage secure, reliable service delivery across cloud and on-premises environments.

As Manager, IT Operations, you will report to the VP of IT and lead a team of five or more professionals. The position covers Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery. You will also oversee technology partners, infrastructure projects, and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Azure and on-premises infrastructure performance, availability, backup, and security
• Lead cloud migrations, hybrid connectivity, Microsoft 365, and automation improvements
• Manage cybersecurity across identity, endpoint, network, email, and cloud environments
• Lead Tier 1–Tier 3 support across all sites
• Coach professionals and manage vendors, renewals, and service reviews

Requirements:

• Eight-plus years of progressive hands-on IT experience
• Three-plus years leading infrastructure, support, or security teams
• Strong Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, networking, and Microsoft 365 experience
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Related degree or equivalent practical experience; certifications preferred
