IT Operations Centre Analyst: Incident & Patch Lead

Equans is seeking an IT Operations Centre Analyst for our Quorum Business Park office in Newcastle on a 6‑month FTC. The role is full‑time (37.5 hours/week) with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will coordinate incidents end‑to‑end, manage escalations, patching activities, backups, change visibility, and service transition for the ITOC. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCP certifications, and Network & Security qualifications.
