IT Operations Engineer

As an IT Operations Engineer, you will support traders, engineers and business users across Windows, Linux and macOS. You will build and maintain devices and servers, manage Active Directory and group policies, and automate tasks to reduce manual work. You work closely with infrastructure, security and engineering teams to improve platforms in a high-pressure trading environment. This role offers hands-on operations with ownership and clear communication, shaping how IT supports critical business activities.

• Support traders, engineers and business users across Windows, Linux and macOS
• Build, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and servers
• Administer Windows environments including Active Directory, Group Policy and related tooling
• Troubleshoot device management issues across macOS, iOS and Android
• Support business-critical applications and internal platforms
• Monitor systems and respond quickly to technical issues
• Write scripts and automations to reduce manual support work
• Work with infrastructure, security and engineering teams on improvement projects
• Document fixes, processes and recurring issues properly

• Strong Windows desktop and server administration experience
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows tooling
• Comfortable supporting macOS, Linux and mobile devices
• Exposure to MDM platforms such as Jamf, Workspace ONE or similar
• Strong PowerShell experience is a key requirement
• Bash or Python scripting useful
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm approach under pressure
