Overview

In this role you will own and maintain the day-to-day IT environment across two offices and cloud presence, keeping applications and hardware running smoothly to support rapid energy innovation. You’ll work with IT and engineering teams to operate, automate, and scale the tech stack, from Google Workspace to firewall policies. The position combines hands-on hardware support with SaaS administration and automation using AI tools. You’ll solve problems end-to-end in a fast-moving SaaS environment and contribute to Fuse Energy’s mission of building a fully integrated energy company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office IT, applications, and hardware for daily operations
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to operate, automate, and grow the IT environment
  • Administer SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Iru, Revolut people, Linear)
  • Automate manual IT tasks using AI tooling
  • Own all office hardware issues (laptops, AV, printers)
  • Provide 2nd line IT support and assist onboarding/offboarding
Key requirements
  • Proven 2nd line IT experience
  • Experience in a fast-moving SaaS-based IT environment
  • Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or similar
  • Confident in supporting end-user hardware (Windows/macOS)
  • Good debugging skills and willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks
  • Problem-solving
