The Economist Group in London is seeking an IT operations engineer to join the IT operations team. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support and assist with 3rd line issues, spanning Mac/PC OS, software and infrastructure, with on-site and remote work on a rota basis.

You will develop a strong understanding of business workflows, support audio visual services, and coordinate with other IT teams to keep processes running smoothly. Hybrid working with 3+ days in the office is in place.
