IT Operations Lead — Calm, Proactive Multi-Site Tech

Loungers plc is seeking an experienced technology operations leader to own day-to-day IT across 300+ venues. You’ll report to the Head of IT and drive reliable service, incident management, and vendor coordination to keep systems running smoothly as the business scales.

You’ll lead on proactive improvements, implement automation with PowerShell/Power Automate, and work with partners to enhance service while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
