IT Operations Lead: Stabilize IT Infra & Service Delivery

Roedean is seeking an IT Operations Lead to safeguard a stable IT service and infrastructure across the Roedean community. The role entails day-to-day IT support workload management, reprographics oversight for school events, maintaining the helpdesk, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a third-line IT Technician or similar, with Windows Server and Hyper-V experience, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage
