IT Operations Leader — Hybrid Infra & Security

Dexters is seeking an experienced Head of IT Operations to lead our technical teams and manage our core infrastructure. The role is based in Hanworth with an in-office, full-time arrangement and a focus on scalable, secure systems across the business.

You will drive hybrid environments (Microsoft 365/Azure, Google Workspace), IAM, DRaaS, telephony, and multi-site migrations while aligning IT strategy with business goals. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.
