In this role you will lead IT operations across the UK, ensuring reliable, secure and high-performing services for multi-site healthcare operations. You will oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud and data centre activities, service delivery, and supplier performance to support cancer centres, compounding facilities and home healthcare. As a key leader, you will align IT services with business needs and contribute to IT strategy and governance. This is a chance to shape IT operations in a complex, regulated healthcare environment and drive service excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful IT outcomes across the organisation.

- Lead, develop and mentor IT Operations team across infrastructure, networks, service desk and support
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations for reliable, secure and resilient services
- Manage incident, problem and change processes following ITIL principles
- Monitor and improve service performance, including SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Support business-critical platforms, including D365 and other core systems
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers to meet delivery expectations
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IT services with operational needs
- Contribute to IT strategy, delivery planning, governance and continuous improvement
- Proven experience leading IT operations, infrastructure and service delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, virtualization, backups, cloud services and systems administration
- Experience with ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management
- Strong supplier, risk and budget management experience
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical issues into practical business outcomes
