IT Operations Manager

As IT Operations Manager, you will oversee outsourced IT and security services to ensure reliable delivery and strong controls. You will manage technology vendors, drive governance, and facilitate alignment between the business and the supporting systems. The role focuses on outsourcing management, incident response, and governance rather than hands-on technical work. You’ll work with third-party providers, support audit activities, and help evolve data and IT controls in a financial services context. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role with a clear impact on resilience and security posture.

• Manage core outsourced IT services contracts and performance
• Lead project and change management initiatives in collaboration with Operations Manager
• Provide onsite IT support and triage issues before escalation to suppliers
• Participate in the Incident Response Team and Information Security Forum
• Oversee software and device estate
• Develop governance and controls around IT and Data
• Liaise with auditors and respond to audits

• Experience managing third-party supplier relationships
• Working knowledge of cyber security, resilience and controls
• Experience in project management and change management
