IT Operations Manager Google Security

At Cardata, manage Google administration, IT security, and troubleshooting while supporting internal teams across software and hardware systems.

As IT Operations Manager, you will be Cardata’s primary IT contact. You will resolve help desk requests, monitor systems, manage access, and improve internal operations. The role works with the CFO, People and Culture, and Director of Engineering on systems, onboarding, security, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve employee help desk inquiries, requests, and problems
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily IT systems and software
• Administer Google and manage system licenses and contracts
• Implement IT security controls with engineering leadership
• Oversee SOC 2 compliance audits and controls

Requirements:

• Five to eight years supporting IT operations
• Strong Google Suite knowledge and administrative experience
• Knowledge of IT systems and security best practices
• Experience procuring software, hardware, and managing vendors
• Post-secondary education in IT or a related field
