IT Operations Specialist - 6 Month FTC

About the role

We’re looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join Superscript on a 6 month fixed-term contract to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, reliability and continuous improvement of our IT environment.

This is a hands-on role sitting between traditional IT support and IT operations. You’ll help ensure our people have the technology, systems, access and infrastructure they need to do their jobs effectively, while also taking responsibility for the underlying operational processes that keep our IT environment secure, compliant and well maintained.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Technology, People, Compliance and the wider business, supporting our London, Glasgow and Rotterdam teams and our hybrid workforce.

The role will suit someone who enjoys being both hands-on and proactive, solving problems when they arise, but also looking for ways to prevent them happening in the first place.
