IT Ops & Infrastructure Lead — Secure, High‑Impact Systems

West Thames College in London is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to oversee operational delivery, administration and support of the college's IT systems and services, ensuring stability, security and high service standards.

Working under the Head of IT, you will administer and maintain Windows Server, virtualization, network and security operations, and provide 3rd line escalation support in partnership with the Service Desk Manager to implement permanent fixes and system improvements.
