?? Our IT Performance Analytics & Asset Management team helps turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the business. Working closely with stakeholders throughout IT and the wider organisation, the team delivers performance reporting, analytics and asset management activities that drive efficiency, improve visibility and ensure technology investments are managed effectively. As a small, collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing a broad range of skills. What You Can Expect In This Role Youll play a key role in delivering performance reporting, analytics and asset management activities across IT Youll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to turn reporting needs into meaningful insights Youll contribute to the creation of dashboards, KPIs and management reports that support operational and strategic decision-making Youll identify trends and opportunities through data analysis, supporting process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives Youll support hardware and software asset management, helping to maintain accurate records, track stock and support licence optimisation Youll have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role, including exposure to tools such as Power BI Youll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed What You Might Bring Previous experience in an analytical or reporting role Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights Experience creating reports, dashboards or performance metrics Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders A curious and proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Asset management experience would be beneficial, but not essential Self-motivated, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities independently A collaborative, customer-focused approach and a desire to learn and develop ??
