The IT Strategic Portfolio Analyst supports demand management across business and technology requests. You will assess value, scope, complexity, risk, resources, and strategic alignment. The work includes stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, Scope of Work documents, and decision-ready recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technology requests with subject matter experts
  • Evaluate value, risk, complexity, resources, and strategic alignment
  • Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder workshops
  • Develop Business Cases and Scope of Work documents
  • Communicate portfolio decisions and approval outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field
  • Minimum three years of relevant portfolio or project experience
  • Experience developing business cases and decision-support documentation
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of IT governance and portfolio management practices
