IT Portfolio Governance Analyst

The IT Strategic Portfolio Analyst supports consistent evaluation of business and technology requests. You will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts. The work includes defining requirements, assessing value and risk, and preparing documentation for governance decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requests and determine appropriate implementation models
• Evaluate value, scope, complexity, risk, and strategic alignment
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Develop Business Cases and Scope of Work documents
• Communicate portfolio decisions and approval outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant portfolio or project experience
• Experience developing decision-support documentation and business cases
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, PPM Pro, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
