IT Portfolio Manager

In this role you will lead a small PM team and own a busy, cross-functional portfolio spanning applications, infrastructure and workplace technology for a travel organisation. You’ll drive delivery across BAU and project work while shaping ways of working and developing a high-performing team. You’ll partner with technology leaders to assess new initiatives and translate them into practical solutions within a multi-business environment. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused leadership role with real impact on scale and site-level change.

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers
• Own and drive delivery of a varied technology and operational portfolio
• Oversee BAU and project initiatives across applications, infrastructure and workplace tech
• Assess new technology initiatives and convert them into deliverable plans
• Improve delivery standards and ways of working without adding bureaucracy
• Engage and manage a broad set of stakeholders across multiple sites
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture

• Experience leading and developing Project Managers
• Strong track record delivering technology, infrastructure or operational change
• Experience managing multiple concurrent BAU and project initiatives
• Hands-on, action-oriented delivery approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to implement delivery improvements while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy
