IT Process Analyst

In this role you will analyse and govern IT and business processes to support operational excellence, audit readiness, security and compliance in a defence-grade environment. You will partner with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to document, improve and monitor processes aligned with ISO standards. You will help ensure accuracy and traceability of governance artefacts while enabling continuous learning across the organisation. • Analyse existing IT and business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Create and maintain high-quality process documentation (workflows, SOPs, work instructions)
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate future-state processes
• Monitor process performance via KPIs and drive improvements
• Ensure alignment with ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and support audits
• Maintain controlled governance documents and evidence for compliance
• Contribute to IT governance activities (change management, risk assessments, process assurance)
• Provide training on process compliance and ISO requirements across teams

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001)
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance evidence
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management
• Skilled with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
