IT Programme Manager

In this role you will lead the delivery of FBC UK’s strategic technology and business change initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes with measurable business value. You will bridge business, IT, external partners and Ferrero to align plans and governance while championing change adoption. You’ll manage cross-functional programmes in an FMCG context and drive benefits realization. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping delivery practices and contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.

• Lead delivery of strategic technology projects and programmes across functions
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, reporting, RAID management, and executive updates
• Coordinate local delivery of Ferrero-led initiatives with UK-specific requirements
• Drive business change and adoption through engaging Business Leads and P&O, training, and readiness activities
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and workstreams across business, IT, and external partners
• Define and measure benefits to ensure technology investments improve reporting, decision-making, and performance
• Develop and mature project and programme management practices across IT

• Degree educated or equivalent experience
• Project management experience in FMCG manufacturing
• Experience with change management frameworks
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional IT projects
• Strong PM skills with excellent organizational abilities
• Leadership, negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strategic thinking, able to work under pressure
