Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects or programmes through the full project lifecycle.
  • Previous experience working within SAP environments is essential.
  • Experience supporting or delivering SAP implementation programmes is highly desirable.
  • S/4HANA experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Experience managing implementation partners, systems integrators and third-party vendors.
  • Strong project governance, stakeholder management and risk management capability.
  • Experience delivering business change alongside systems implementation.
  • Experience within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, wholesale or supply chain environments would be advantageous.
  • We would also like to hear from candidates with broader ERP implementation experience and exposure to SAP environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of a major ERP implementation programme through to go-live and business adoption.
  • Manage implementation partners, third-party suppliers and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies and timelines are effectively managed.
  • Establish programme governance, reporting structures and delivery controls.
  • Oversee testing, training, business readiness and change management activities.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to support successful implementation and adoption.
  • Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
