IT Project Tech Lead

In this role you lead IT projects with strategic impact, guiding cross-functional teams and advising senior stakeholders. You’ll bridge technology with business needs, ensuring complex deliverables align with objectives. You influence decision-making and help drive governance and risk-aware solutions at scale. You’ll work closely with colleagues across architecture, infrastructure, and business units to shape outcomes that matter for Citi’s global operations. This is a high-visibility position for a proactive technology strategist.

• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports
• Interface with senior project staff and client senior management on project status
• Recommend and oversee process improvements
• Bring deep IT project leadership expertise to evaluate complex business and system processes
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business objectives
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice and services
• Act as advisor or coach to junior analysts and allocate work
• Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Persuade and influence others through effective communication and diplomacy

• 6-10 years experience in a related technology role
• Subject matter expert in overall field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence across areas
• Ability to impact the business by advising on technology and operations
