IT Service Continuity Lead — Resilience & Testing

Defra is seeking a Service Continuity Manager to ensure availability, resilience, and recoverability of IT services across the department and its Arms Length Bodies. You’ll manage a rolling programme of continuity testing and collaborate with project teams to enable delivery of continuity requirements, reporting to the Senior IT Service Continuity Manager within DDTS Operations.

You will work with Incident Managers, Technical Leads, Service Managers, Architects, and business reps, with
