IT Service Delivery Lead (Contract) – Service Desk & IT Ops

IntaPeople Limited is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager in Cardiff to lead the IT Service Desk and IT Operations teams. You will ensure high-quality, customer-focused IT services and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

The role focuses on ITIL processes, service delivery day-to-day, and ongoing improvements, with a short-term 1-month contract covering a sabbatical and a 35-hour workweek. Office-based with two days per week on-site.
