Overview

In this role you drive IT service delivery and project execution for local IT, BAU, and corporate clients, coordinating with Group IT to ensure alignment with group strategies. You’ll build strong relationships across security, support, development, and implementation to enable resourcing and visibility. You will lead a small team and ensure projects meet governance, risk, and control standards while delivering business outcomes. This is a role for a proactive leader who shapes service delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead local projects including IT, BAU and corporate customers with alignment and resourcing from group resources
  • Foster exceptional relationships with Group IT across security, support, development and implementation
  • Ensure local IT and projects align with Group and local strategies
  • Manage and develop the local team to meet objectives and standards
  • Support risk and control management processes within IT service delivery
Key requirements
  • UK-based with full working rights
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business solutions
  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM
  • Exposure to DevOps and Software Development Lifecycles
  • Familiarity with JIRA or GLPI
  • Strong project management experience
