IT Service Delivery Specialist

Golding Homes in Maidstone, Kent, is recruiting an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our IT & Data Team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a structured, proactive service approach to colleagues and customers.

You will provide 1st & 2nd line support for core MS solutions (Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Active Directory/Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop, 8x8) and use Halo to manage requests, while documenting knowledge and setting up hardware with MDT and InTune.
