IT Service Desk Lead — Elevate Support & Team Growth

Yusen Logistics is seeking an IT Service Desk Team Leader to oversee day-to-day IT support at Grange Park, Northampton. The role is on-site during the induction period (6 months) with potential flexible working arrangements afterwards.

You will lead the Service Desk team, manage incidents and requests, collaborate with IT security and project teams, and coach staff to deliver high-quality support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows and end-user devices.
