This co-op supports the IT Service Management team during Winter and Spring 2027. The team defines and maintains processes and procedures so the IT department delivers services meeting client expectations. The placement runs from January through August 2027 for students registered in recognized co-op programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT service management process activities
• Help maintain service management processes
• Help maintain IT procedures
• Contribute to services meeting client expectations

Requirements:

• Registration in a recognized co-op program
• Availability from January through August 2027
• Study toward a diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Residence within the Greater Victoria area
• Availability for at least 40% monthly office presence
