IT Service Management Lead - Hybrid (Bristol)

Hargreaves Lansdown plc, based in Bristol, invites an IT Service Management Lead to govern service management across heritage systems, cloud services and third-party platforms. You will drive incident, problem, change and release processes and lead major incidents with stakeholders.
