IT Service Manager — MI Platform & Data-Driven Services

DWP Digital in Leeds is seeking an IT Service Manager to support and enhance the Management Information platform used by thousands of colleagues across the organisation. You will oversee day-to-day service operations including incident, request, access and change management, ensure governance, monitor performance, and coordinate with users, stakeholders and suppliers to deliver improvements.

We offer hybrid working (40% home, 60% in hub), a salary of £38,772, a strong civil service pension,
