The role focuses on client-side coordination of an MSP transition, ensuring business-as-usual operations in a 24/7 environment and navigating complex supplier relationships across nationwide sites.

The successful candidate will lead technical discovery, documentation, and handovers, coordinating MS P and ISP migrations with internal IT teams to deliver a seamless transition into BAU.
